Redeemer Collective

Warm Church

Equipping the Church. Forming Worshippers. Renewing Generations.

Redeemer Collective provides biblical, practical resources for children, families, and churches: providing a platform for worship and discipleship, rooted in scripture.

Our Mission

At the heart of Redeemer Collective is the conviction that God’s Word, sung and taught, forms the Church for every generation.

We are the developing resourcing wing of Redeemer Records, created to equip children, families, and churches with resources that are:

  • Biblically rooted

  • Musically excellent

  • Pastorally useful

Our mission is to:

  • Raise children and youth as meaningful participants in worship.

  • Support families and small churches with accessible discipleship tools.

  • Train musicians to serve with skill, reverence, and joy.

  • Inspire artists to use their gifts for kingdom-building.

“One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.”
— Psalm 145:4

Our Four Pillars

1. Raising Worship Leaders

Children and youth are not “sideshows” in worship; they are worshippers and future leaders. Redeemer Collective creates ways for young musicians to join the church’s song.

Why it matters:

Psalm 8 reminds us that “out of the mouths of children and infants, you have established praise.” Children’s voices and gifts are part of God’s plan for His glory. By inviting them into the worshipping body now, we prepare the next generation of leaders.

How we can respond:

Simplified chord charts, beginner-friendly arrangements, and mentoring tools for worship leaders to integrate children and youth seamlessly into services.

2. Forming Children in Word and Song

Children remember truth when they sing it. Redeemer Collective seeks to re-shape discipleship spaces (Sunday school, mid-week gatherings, family devotions) into times where Scripture, hymnody, and memory work together.

Why it matters:

Deuteronomy 6 calls parents and leaders to teach God’s Word “diligently to your children… when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.” Music is one of the most enduring ways this teaching is passed on.

How we can respond:

Pair Bible lessons with hymns, short devotionals, and Scripture memory aids. These external reference packs give churches and families simple tools to form lasting faith in children. Future Redeemer Collective Hymn + Bible Lesson Packs will build on this idea, offering original materials for families and churches.

3. Mentoring Through Creative Gifts

God has entrusted His people with creative gifts to build up the body. Redeemer Collective encourages believers to use their artistry — teaching, mentoring, creating — as discipleship pathways.

Why it matters:

1 Peter 4:10 reminds us, “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace.” When teaching is paired with discipleship, music and creativity become channels of grace for others.

Redeemer Collective & Stephanie Screen:

A key example of this in action is the work of Stephanie Screen, co-writer with Redeemer Records and an experienced pedagogy expert. Stephanie has built a thriving teaching studio that doubles as a discipleship ministry: training children and youth not only musically but spiritually, equipping them as lifelong worshippers.

Redeemer Collective partners with Steph to share her expertise and provide sample resources, lesson templates, and mentoring frameworks for teachers, churches, and musicians who want to integrate faith and artistry in their own contexts.

4. Equipping the Church in Worship

Many churches feel under-resourced — especially smaller congregations. Redeemer Collective exists to strengthen them with training and tools that are faithful, practical, and accessible.

Why it matters:

Ephesians 4:12 says leaders are given “to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.” Worship is part of that equipping, and churches need help to do it well.

How we can respond:

Training videos, printable chord charts, harmonisation tutorials, and seasonal resource packs to give leaders confidence and clarity.

Coming Resources:

  • How to lead hymns on piano or guitar

  • How to sing harmony and lead confidently

  • Printable cheat sheets and demo videos

  • Seasonal packs for Advent, Easter, and Communion

Future Vision

Redeemer Collective is in its preview stage, but our vision is global.

We are laying the foundation for a scalable platform that can serve:

  • Families around the kitchen table

  • Small rural congregations

  • Larger churches training the next generation

“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.” (2 Timothy 3:16–17)

Over time, Redeemer Collective will grow to offer:

  • Kids hymn packs (songs, devotionals, activities)

  • Musician training videos and resources

  • Worship resource bundles for churches

  • Discipleship media for families and mentors
